Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

• The item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo proof (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

3. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved:

• A full refund will be issued via your preferred refund method within 7 business days

• In cases of damaged or wrong items, return shipping costs may also be refunded

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not following proper care instructions

• Items that are used, incomplete, or missing original packaging/accessories

Exchange Policy
