All orders are subject to availability. In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, our team will notify you immediately to discuss suitable alternatives or issue a cancellation if preferred.

Shipping Method
We offer cash-on-delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Your order will be shipped using our trusted logistics partners who handle secure delivery and COD transactions. At the time of delivery, payment must be made in full to the courier representative.

You will be notified via email or SMS once your order is dispatched and on its way.

Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. This will allow you to follow the status of your shipment until it reaches your address. If tracking is not available, our customer service team will provide updates manually upon request.
